Pleasure Liberation:
A Threshold Crossing into Sensual Sovereignty
May 21-27, 2026 | Mancos , CO
This camping retreat deliberately marks a reclaiming of pleasure in order to take ownership of your sensual self, gain clarity and confidence in your desires, and to live with deeper presence, connection, and meaning.
Join a group of kindred hearts.
This retreat is not only a healing journey, but a celebration of our bodies, our sensuality, and our pleasure inclusive of a diversity of ages, life stages, genders and body appearances.
You might be feeling…
Proud of the journey you have been on, and ready to celebrate the love you have for your body, your sensuality or your life.
Like you have tried to do your healing work, but know you need a deeper transformation from the inside out.
A significant identity shift or transition on your horizon, or like you have already changed and want to celebrate or mark that.
Uncertainty, self-doubt, discomfort, or disconnection within yourself or your sensuality.
Too busy, too numb, and too overwhelmed for pleasure.
Like you don’t know what you really want, let alone how to communicate those desires.
Exhausted from trying to be desirable, while neglecting your wants and needs.
Sick of the impossibility of trying to fit within the teeny-tiny parameters of what is culturally acceptable.
Bored or disenchanted with your life—like you’re just going through the motions.
Like you are living someone else’s live, not your own.
Here’s the thing.
You are worthy of celebration.
You are part of a greater community.
You are allowed to take up space.
You deserve support, self-investment, and care.
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
If you feel the call… Here is your answer.
For those prepared to meet themselves without distraction and claim their sovereign, sensual adulthood, the threshold is open.

What is Pleasure Liberation?
Pleasure is not what you have been taught.
In our fast paced culture, we have been trained to seek instant gratification, which actually takes us out of our pleasure, sensuality and eros.
The Pleasure Liberation Method is a path from surface-level and escapist gratification to pleasure that is deeply authentic, present and connective.
We have also been taught that sensuality means “being sexy,” or that looking or acting “sexy” has a very specific look or expression. One which is usually performative in service to the patriarchal gaze.
The Pleasure Liberation Method supports the journey of radical self-love, empowerment and acceptance where we embrace our sensuality as a way of moving through the world, our grief as a doorway to our joy and vitality, and our bodies as ever changing vessels for experiencing the full spectrum of life and love.
Rather than chasing surface level pleasure, we are increasing our capacity to truly meet life.
The Pleasure Liberation Method
The Pleasure Liberation Method is a deeply transformational path to empowerment that uses a combination of eco-therapeutics, nature-based ceremony and ritual, somatic practices, and supported self inquiry.
Remember Your Belonging: We begin by building our foundation and remembering that we are an extension of earth. Systems of oppression that say that we are separate and small; in this stage, we clear that belief and remember that we belong. Here, we awaken to the possibility that Earth also longs for our being, and is our greatest resource for support. We remember that we belong to ourselves, and to a greater web of life.
Anchor into Worthiness: We are inherently worthy of pleasure, connection, and love. In this stage, we dismantle the belief that we are undeserving of rest, reclamation, pleasure, and taking up space. We remember pleasure as a birthright.
Alchemize Grief: In this stage, we alchemize anger and sorrow through community grief ritual, which is powerful healing ceremony. This stage can be challenging and confronting– but also the most important. Here, we lean into the importance of healing through letting ourselves feel and process the grief held in our lives, our ancestry, and the collective. Moving and alchemizing our grief is a necessary step to clearing the pathway to pleasure, joy, gratitude and love that lives on the other side.
Open to Pleasure: Here, we increase our capacity to receive pleasure. In this stage, we begin by connecting with the pleasure that is already present in your life, your body, and the earth. Then, we clear blocks to pleasure. It is time to expand what you thought was possible, and discover your unique pleasure landscape.
Clarify Your Desire: This is not about being desirable; it is about strengthening your relationship with your own desires and longings. This isn't about getting everything you want, nor is it about endlessly chasing your desires, only to find yourself on a hamster wheel of dissatisfaction. It is about seeing desire as a roadmap to the biggest version of ourselves. It is about our relationship with desire itself, allowing the inquiry to guide us beyond surface-level wants and into the river of our deepest longings in this life.
Find Your Empowered Voice: Here, we dive into how to communicate well and ask for what we really want. We get clear on our yes and no. We look at our self-talk, and make adjustments. We acknowledge the connection between eros, expression and creativity, and give ourselves radical permission to embrace that part of ourselves.
Express Your Sensuality: On one level, our sensuality is our capacity to really receive the world through our sensory pathways. However, on a deeper level, our sensuality is also our capacity to be in a reciprocal relationship with our sensory experience. It is to not only receive sensation, but to respond to it in an embodied conversation with the world that we are in contact with. This is how we become truly erotic: by honoring our relationship with life because when we are active players in our own story.
